Our Story

Rooted in the High Plains, pressed for you

The Well Juicery began with a simple conviction: that the best beverages don't need preservation — they need proximity. We opened our doors in the Valley Commons district with a single cold-press machine and a roster of local growers we knew by name.

Today, we press over two dozen seasonal blends every morning. Our menu shifts with the harvest — what grows in Gallatin County in September looks very different from what grows there in June, and we'd rather tell you the truth than force a year-round flavor that compromises on taste.

We also serve single-origin coffee, house-made kombucha, and a rotating selection of adaptogenic elixirs for those looking to nourish beyond nutrition. Every item on our menu answers to the same standard: would we serve this to our family?

Hyper-local sourcing

We work with a dozen Gallatin County farms and foragers. When the season ends for an ingredient, it leaves the menu — no exceptions.

Small-batch pressing

We press in batches of two dozen or fewer. It's slower, but it means every bottle gets our attention and your juice is hours old, not days.

Clean ingredients only

No concentrates, no pasteurization, no added sugars, no artificial anything. If it's not something you'd recognize from your kitchen, it doesn't go in.
